The Balance Board with adjustable tilt provides the opportunity to increase or decrease the intensity of the balancing exercise. The raised piece that is placed under the Balance Board allows for three different settings. As the Balance Board elevation increases, the degree of challenge also increases. The Balance Board is ideal for ankle and abdominal muscle strengthening and by combining balance and strength training, the overall full body workout is more effective. 3 different adjustable heights (5-6-7cm)
